Security Services Specialist

Service centre in Ostrava is responsible for continuous 24/7 type of service in selected areas of Server Management, Network Management, Security and Email Services. Now we are looking for IT-professionals to join our international project team which has the responsibility of continuous services for company’s global key customers.

You are expected to have some background in the service area. You will be working in international environment and you must be willing and able to communicate with foreign colleagues using English. The work also requires good customer service oriented attitude.

Security services include virus protection and client security service, disc encryption service, email content scanning service, HTTP content scanning service, intrusion preventing service (IPS), early warning service and security patch management service.

As System Specialist you are expected to have basic knowledge on some of the following areas: information security technologies like virus protection, intrusion detection and prevention, firewalls, encryption, user authentication and authorization or capability to interpret vulnerability alerts.

Basic knowledge in networking technologies (WAN, LAN, routing, switching), TCP/IP and related protocols, SMTP based e-mail routing and Microsoft or Unix operating systems, directories, especially MS Active Directory or basic programming skills (for scripts) are seen as additional advantage.
