Server Management Specialist

Service centre in Ostrava is responsible for continuous 24/7 type of service in selected areas of Server Management, Network Management, Security and Email Services. Now we are looking for IT-professionals to join our international project team which has the responsibility of continuous services for company’s global key customers.

You are expected to have some background in the service area. You will be working in international environment and you must be willing and able to communicate with foreign colleagues using English. The work also requires good customer service oriented attitude.

Server management service includes monitoring, problem solving and daily operations in Windows environments. As System Specialist you are expected to have basic knowledge in some of the following areas: Intel based server technologies and Windows based server environments possibly including high availability systems.

Knowledge of Citrix, Terminal Server based systems, MS Active Directory, VmWare based solutions or some monitoring tools like BMC Patrol are seen as additional advantage.
