Network Management Specialist

Service centre in Ostrava is responsible for continuous 24/7 type of service in selected areas of Server Management, Network Management, Security and Email Services. Now we are looking for IT-professionals to join our international project team which has the responsibility of continuous services for company’s global key customers.

You are expected to have some background in the service area. You will be working in international environment and you must be willing and able to communicate with foreign colleagues using English. The work also requires good customer service oriented attitude.

Network Management service includes monitoring, problem solving and daily operations in large network systems. As System Specialist you are expected to have basic knowledge in some of the following areas: networking technologies (WAN, LAN, routing, switching), TCP/IP and related protocols, Microsoft or Unix operating systems, VPN LAN-to-LAN and VPN Client to LAN Technology, DNS (Domain Name Services) or firewalls.

Basic knowledge of directories, especially Microsoft Active Directory or basic programming skills (for scripts) are seen as additional advantage.
