Department Manager

International company is looking for a Department Manager for its production centre in Ostrava.

The person will be responsible for the management and further development of services for Company’s international customers. He/she will ensure that the services meet the quality and costs requirements, manage a production team and will be responsible for staffing and capacity utilization. Department managers are members of Ostrava production centre’s management team.

Competences:

* Experience in project management and quality assurance in projects
* Understanding of Software Development processes and methods
* Proactivity and willingness to take responsibility for supporting the unit and its´ business goals
* Ability to collaborate in international business environment
* Very good spoken and written English
